1. General Terms
Winbox Malaysia is an online gaming platform offering slot games, live casino, sports betting, and lottery services. Access to the platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements stated in these terms. By registering an account on Winbox, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in full.
Winbox reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account at any time if a player is found to be in violation of any rule stated in this document. All decisions made by Winbox management regarding rule violations, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the Winbox platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times.

Winbox does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You must be a genuine individual person registering on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one Winbox account only. Creating duplicate accounts using the same mobile number, bank account details, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. All balances and winnings in suspended duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Winbox reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of account information. Players who provide false information during registration may have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
Your registered username cannot be changed after registration is completed. Your registered mobile number can only be changed by contacting Winbox customer support and completing the required identity verification process.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Winbox account credentials including your username, password, and OTP codes. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was performed by you or by an unauthorised third party who accessed your account due to your failure to maintain security.
Winbox strongly recommends using a strong and unique password for your account and never sharing your credentials with any third party including friends, family members, or agents. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Winbox customer support immediately to have your account secured.
Winbox customer support will never ask for your account password or OTP code under any circumstances. Any person claiming to be Winbox support and requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent attempt to access your account.
5. Deposits
All deposits made to your Winbox account must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
Winbox processes deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, direct bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Winbox does not charge any processing fee on deposits however your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are beyond Winbox’s control.
Deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances. If your deposit does not appear in your Winbox account within 15 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact Winbox customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
6. Withdrawals
All withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or cryptocurrency wallet that is registered in the same name as your Winbox account. Winbox will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Players must complete real-name authentication (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Winbox targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Winbox reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
Winbox reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions pending a full account review.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by Winbox are subject to individual terms and conditions including minimum turnover requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Players are advised to read the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming.
Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Winbox reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Players found to be manipulating the bonus system, exploiting promotional offers, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
All players are required to engage with the Winbox platform honestly and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Winbox platform is strictly prohibited. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features is strictly prohibited. Exploiting any technical bug, glitch, or error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited — any winnings gained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided and removed from your account. Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Winbox platform for any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Responsible Gambling
Winbox is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. The platform provides deposit limit and self-exclusion tools that players can activate at any time from their account settings. Players who feel they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately.
Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Winbox platform. Winbox supports the protection of minors and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Winbox shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by a player as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, interrupted gameplay, or delays in payment processing caused by factors outside of Winbox’s control.
Winbox does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
